Denomination


The meaning of the word Denomination is: an autonomous branch of the Christian church, such as Baptist, Protestant, etc.


Examples:

Even though I am part of a different denomination than my Uncle, we still believe roughly the same religious doctrine, and our church branches only have very minor differences.
